Analysis of the causes of bearing damage

There are two types of damage to the internal structure: 1. Damage to the steel ball: the steel ball itself has losses during rotation, and with corrosion/high temperature/high load, the losses will be faster. The smaller the steel ball, the larger the bearing clearance, and the more irregular the bearing rotation, resulting in bearing jamming. 2. Damage to the retaining frame: the role of the retaining frame is to guide the rolling elements of the bearing to rotate in a regular manner. The destruction of the retaining frame leads to irregular rotation of the bearing, or the retaining frame itself is damaged inside the bearing, which directly causes the bearing to jam and damage. In high temperature environments, the reasons for bearing damage are as follows: 1. Poor heat resistance of the bearing material itself, deformation occurs in high temperature environments. Causing the bearing to rotate and get stuck, resulting in bearing damage. Additionally, the heat resistance of the bearing grease is poor, especially in high-temperature environments, Oil evaporation or loss during normal rotation can cause dry running of bearings. Over time, the steel balls wear out and exhibit irregular rotation. Bearing jamming can lead to bearing damage. In a corrosive environment, the reasons for bearing damage are as follows: 1. The lack of corrosion resistance of the bearing material itself can cause damage to the entire bearing; 2. In a corrosive environment, the corrosion of the steel ball itself, coupled with the wear of rotation, causes the steel ball to become smaller and the bearing to rotate irregularly, resulting in bearing jamming and bearing damage; 3. In a corrosive environment, the corrosion of the cage itself can cause the cage to lose its function: guiding the steel ball to rotate regularly can cause the bearing to rotate irregularly, or the cage itself can be damaged inside the bearing, all of which can cause the bearing to jam and damage the bearing,
